MD Global, the company that is all set to bring Nokia back into the smartphone game has just launched Nokia 7, a flagship phone with mid-range pricing. The Nokia 7 plugs the massive hole in the Nokia smartphone line-up - between the budget Nokia 6 and the high-end Nokia 8. This smartphone has been launched now only in China and looks extremely good with an all-glass back. This is the only phone of Nokia now that sports a glass-metal body. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the rear and side edges are made with 7000 series aluminium.
Nokia 7 sports a 5.2-inch full HD IPS LCD display, has a 1080P resolution and also Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor coupled with 4GB and 6 GB RAM and a 64 GB internal storage that can be expanded via micro SD card. It runs Android Nougat out-of-the-box and is soon expected to be upgraded to Android Oreo as well.
This smartphone also features IP54 durability which means that the device is water and dust resistant but is not really waterproof. It might survive a light rain or a splash but not a dunk in the pool. The 3D curved glass on the back of the device offers it a premium looks compared to various other devices in this price segment. The frame is made using 7000 series aluminium for better durability and strength. The Nokia 7 also features a rear fingerprint sensor and the OZO audio technology for an impressive sound experience.

The device has 16-megapixel rear camera with 1.12um pixels and a f/1.8 aperture and dual tone LED flash. For selfies, there is a 5-megapixel camera with 1.4um pixels, 84-degree field-of-view and an f/2.0 aperture. The rear camera uses Carl Zeiss lens for better imagery.The camera also sports the Bothie feature which was first seen in Nokia 8. This feature was based on Nokia's new Dual-sight technology which allows being live streamed natively and in real-time to social feeds such as YouTube and Facebook.The dual-sight feature also allows you to use both rear and the front cameras at the same time in a split screen view. This dual feature can be utilised for both photos and videos.

The smartphone is powered by a 3000mAh non- removable battery and supports Qualcomm's Quick Charge feature. On the connectivity front, This device features the newest Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, NFC, a 3.5mm headset jack, USB Type-C port and also supports NFC.
Nokia 7 Expected Release Date
The Nokia 7 was launched in China towards mid October2017and it will be available for every customer in China from October 24th 2017. The date of its availability in other countries and India is still not finalized but many are speculating that Nokia 7 will be available in India from January 2018.
