Honor 9N Review: Know Price, Specs and Features | Gadget2Buy


Honor never minds surprising Indian Customers with its offering in the budget segment of smartphones. Adding to its budget lineup Honor launched yet another budget smartphone with some fancy design and build quality called Honor 9N. The device is revised edition of Last year’s Honor 9 lite. The Honor 9N starts at Rs 11,999 in Indian markets for the base model. The Honor 9N is supposed to beat the likes of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, Moto G6 and Oppo Realme1. Honor 9N Design


The most striking thing about Honor 9N is its design. The back has complete glass finish and looks glossy. The horizontal dual camera doesn’t bump out of the back. Due to the absence of regulatory information and antenna bands the back side of the phone looks clean. The front looks amazing to with a notch and 2.5D glass protection.
The device comes with a 5.84-inch display, which is quite small but compact. It will be available in four colour variants - Robin Egg Blue, Lavender Purple and Black. Robin Egg Blue is a greenish-blue shade that looks fantastic. On the bottom of the phone, there is a Micro-USB port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, mic and a single loudspeaker.

The Honor 9N has a 5.84-inch full-HD+ IPS display with 19:9 screen to body ratio. The screen covers most of the front part but it is not exactly bezel-less. The display is one of the main highlights of the smartphone. Viewing angles are good and the panel is bright, colorful, and looks premium.
The Honor 9N is powered by their in house Kirin 659 processor. The smartphone comes in multiple price categories with three variants on offer. The base variant comes for Rs. 11,999 and has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, the model for Rs. 13,999 has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There is another variant of the smartphone which is priced at Rs 17,999 and has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

Honor 9N Camera

In the camera department, the Honor 9N features a dual back camera setup with a 13 MP primary sensor plus 2 MP in-depth secondary camera along with an LED flash. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.

Honor 9N performance

The Honor 9N can handle basic day-to-day stuffs like browsing and using social media with breeze but struggles when multiple applications are open in the background or more than a dozen tabs opens in browser. The smartphone becomes warm on heavy load warm not uncomfortably so.

Honor 9N Battery


It comes with Li-Po 3000 mAh battery and can last up to a day with light to moderate usage. It would be better if Honor could provide fast charging with Honor 9N. The device takes around two and a half hours to charge fully.

Conclusion

The Honor 9N comes with a lower mid-range price tag keeping that in mind here are few points to consider.
