Compare Xiaomi Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus Camera,Display,Battery,Specs and More

Xiaomi might be using the Redmi 5 as a market research technique, will people prefer a taller screen than Redmi 5 Plus or they have to do with a smaller screen because it is believed that the Redmi Note 5 might sport a screen larger than 6 inches. It might also be possible that Xiaomi might be facing production issues. All and all, I think there is an issue with the production of Redmi Note 5 and hence we are seeing Redmi 5 before Redmi Note 5.
The Redmi 5 and 5 Plus have all of their physical keys placed on the right edge. The top edge of them has 3.5mm audio jack, Mi-Remote sensor and noise cancellation mic; whereas the bottom edge has speakers grill and USB cum charging port. On the back, they have their camera and fingerprint sensor.

As from the teaser image shared and also some specifications, it is known that the Redmi 5 Plus has a huge 5.7 inches screen because of the modern 18:9 aspect ratio. Traditional Redmi Note series has never crossed the 5.5 inches barrier and the Redmi never was taller than 5 inches in screen size.
